Landmark uses the most time and labor-intensive techniques to produce their wines. Grapes are aged in French oak barrels, where naturally occurring wild yeasts ferment the juice. This creates complex, aromatic wines with deep, expressive flavors. With winemaker Greg Stach and paired with a dinner created by one of our island chefs, it’ll be a night to enjoy!
Randy Rucker, executive chef at the ever so popular State Road Restaurant in Wes Tisbury, will be cooking the dinner. A James Beard Award nominee originating from the Lone Star State, Chef Rucker's focus is on taking advantage of everything local the island has to offer, put his own spin on things. You're in for a treat!
