The chef for this dinner will be Kate Erwin of the Right Fork Diner. Kate Erwin was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. After earning her degree from The New England Culinary institute, she went on to study viticulture and oenology at Apicius, The Culinary Institute of Florence (Italy). Upon returning to the States, she worked seasonally between New England and Baltimore, working at American Seasons (Nantucket) and Woodberry Kitchen (Baltimore).
